the file(s) to the target Playlist in the organization tree

Right click

and select Playlist, then select the Playlist from the fly-out menu. If you want to create a new Playlist or if the fly-out is too long to scroll, select "Create/Select Playlist" and insert the appropriate information in the dialog box.
