We recommend using Internet Explorer 5.0 or above to download.  Active X support must be enabled.  This allows an automated install.

You will be asked if you "trust" content from J. River.  You must say yes to continue the download.  (On XP Service Pack 2, the question is embedded in the top of the Window, so look carefully there.)

Other browsers or some corporate environments may require using a more basic type of download which you can start by clicking here.
