Upgrading from Media Jukebox v 8

Normally you do not need to uninstall Media Jukebox v8 before installing Media Center. However, you should backup your version 8 license to a floppy disk, and you should also backup your Cover Art directory (it should be here: C:\Program Files\J River\Media Jukebox\Data\Cover Art).

Follow the normal installation method. When you install Media Center, any necessary Media Jukebox v 8 files are automatically converted and the original files are backed up to the following default folder:

C:\Program Files\J River\Media Jukebox\Data\Media Jukebox 8.0 Upgrade Backup
