Noise

This generate creates the specified color of noise.

1.

Select duration.

2.

Choose a Color/Style (differing levels of static):

•

white - purely random numbers....sounds slightly unnatural and harsh

•

pink - colored to sound more natural than white noise (less high frequency energy)

•

brown - different than the first two... just listen to hear the difference

3.

Choose "Preview" or "Generate".

After selecting Generate, the amount of noise you specified should be inserted into the track at the point you specified.
