Display & Print File Information

To view the various Display screens, select from the Drop-down menu.

File Info. This displays your tag and database information. Use the Commands button to apply, disregard, undo and redo changes The tools button provides access to Library Tools, Cover Art options, and the Locate function.

Playlists. Playlists with checkmarks indicate the Playlists containing the file. Files can be added to or removed from Playlists on this screen with the Tools button.

Format. This displays the file’s compression type, copyright information, and tag information.

Image. Quickly view the image associated with the file. Click on the Tools button for a variety of image related tasks.

Statistics (Print). View and print a wide variety of statistical information about your file. Select from the following types of statistics in the drop down menu near the bottom of the Statistics box:

Overview (# of files, duration, etc)

•

Artist-Album: displays the number of files selected from each Artist-Album.

•

Albums: displays the number of selected files that are in the albums.

•

Rating Breakdown: displays the rating of all selected files.

You can copy and print any statistical information by clicking on the appropriate buttons near the bottom of the Statistics box.
